Flow Lite

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flow Lite ("the App"), the free offline application provided by Dev_one ("we," "us," or "the Developer"). By downloading or using Flow Lite, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Flow Pro, the paid app, is a separate product. Its terms are published at flowbase.one/terms. How Flow Lite handles information is described in the Flow Lite Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Flow Lite is free. It does not require an account, an internet connection, or a subscription, and it does not connect to our servers. There is no billing.
You own the information you enter into Flow Lite. It stays on your device. You are responsible for its accuracy and for any export file you create. Once exported, that file is on your device and outside our control.

Flow Lite is free and involves no purchase. Dev_one is a trader for purposes of United Kingdom and European Economic Area law because we also offer Flow Pro, a paid subscription. The contact details for that declaration are displayed on the Google Play listing.
Flow Lite is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is a local organizing tool and does not provide professional dietary, nutritional, or medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev_one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
