These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flow mobile application (“the App”) including Flow pro & Flow lite, provided by Dev_one (“we,” “us,” or “the Developer”). By downloading, accessing, or using Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
Flow is a mobile application designed to help users manage guest lists, track visits, organize seating arrangements, and plan gatherings. The App provides account-based access with cloud storage to support data backup and recovery.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Flow. By using the App, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
To use Flow, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Flow offers a 3-month free trial. After the trial period ends, continued access requires a paid subscription of $3.98 USD per month or $42.98 USD per year.
You retain ownership of the content you enter into the App (e.g., guest lists, notes). By using Flow, you grant us a limited right to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality (e.g., backup and sync).
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, to reverse engineer the software, or to attempt to access data belonging to other users.
Your use of Flow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
We may modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.
Flow is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or performance of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev_one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
