Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flow mobile application ("the App"), including Flow Pro and Flow Lite, provided by Dev_one ("we," "us," or "the Developer"). By downloading, accessing, or using Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Flow is a mobile application designed to help users manage guest lists, track visits, organize seating arrangements, plan menus, and coordinate gatherings. The App provides account-based access with cloud storage to support data backup, sync across devices, and recovery. Flow also includes an AI-powered menu planning assistant ("Cena") and collaborative family sharing features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flow. By using the App, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

To use Flow, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Payments

Subscription Details

Flow offers a 3-month free trial. After the trial period ends, continued access requires a paid subscription of $3.98 USD per month or $42.98 USD per year.

  • Billing: Processed securely through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no partial refunds for mid-period cancellations.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice.

5. Family Sharing

Shared Subscription Terms
  • Flow Pro subscribers may invite household members to share their subscription via an invite code or QR scan.
  • The subscription owner is responsible for the shared account and all data within it.
  • Family members are assigned either an Editor role (can create and modify data) or a Viewer role (read-only access). The subscription owner controls role assignments.
  • All family members share access to the same hosting data, including guest lists, occasions, menus, and ideas.
  • If a family member is removed or leaves, their access to the shared data is immediately revoked.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by family members you have invited to your shared subscription.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you enter into the App (e.g., guest lists, occasion details, menu selections, notes). By using Flow, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality, including backup, sync, and AI-powered features.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including guest names, dietary restrictions, and allergy information.

7. AI Menu Planner (Cena)

AI-Generated Content
  • Flow includes an AI-powered menu planning feature ("Cena") that generates menu suggestions based on your input, including occasion details, ingredients, style preferences, and dietary restrictions.
  • AI-generated menu suggestions are provided for inspiration and convenience only. They do not constitute professional dietary, nutritional, medical, or culinary advice.
  • Allergy Disclaimer: While Cena considers the allergy and dietary restriction information you provide, AI-generated suggestions may not account for all allergens, cross-contamination risks, or individual sensitivities. You are solely responsible for verifying that all dishes are safe for your guests. Always confirm ingredients and preparation methods independently.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
  • To provide this feature, certain content (occasion title, ingredients, dietary restrictions, style descriptions) may be transmitted to a third-party AI service provider. No personally identifiable information (name, email) is sent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Device Permissions

Certain features of the App require access to device capabilities. These permissions are requested only when you use the relevant feature and can be revoked at any time through your device settings:

  • Camera: Required for scanning QR codes when joining a family subscription. No photos are captured or stored.
  • Microphone: Used for optional voice-to-text input in the AI menu planner. Audio is processed on-device by your device's speech recognition service and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted by the App.
  • Storage: Used for exporting data backups and saving generated content (e.g., menu cards) to your device.

9. Data Export & Backup

The App allows you to export your hosting data to your device's local storage. Once exported, the data resides on your device and is outside of our control. You are solely responsible for the security and handling of exported data files.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its underlying technology.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other users or interfere with the App's infrastructure.
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

11. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party service providers for cloud infrastructure, payment processing, AI capabilities, analytics, crash reporting, and email delivery. Your use of the App is subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

12. Data and Privacy

Your use of Flow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Dev_one. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent. The name "Cena" as used within the App refers to the AI menu planning feature and is part of the App's branding.

14. Service Availability

We may modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features (including AI features) at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the App will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App at any time by:

  • Canceling your subscription through Google Play.
  • Deleting your account through the App's settings (this permanently removes all associated data).

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flow is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or performance of the App, including any AI-generated content. We do not warrant that AI-generated menu suggestions will be free from errors, suitable for any particular dietary need, or safe for individuals with allergies or sensitivities.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev_one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated menu suggestions, dietary information, or allergy-related content provided by the App.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
