Owner Privileges
Every paid account acts as an "owner". Owners have full read and write access to the server, allowing them to create menus, log visits, and manage all family data.
Viewer Access
Devices linked to an owner account get "viewer" access. This grants read-only capability for most of the data tied to the account, perfectly protecting your core data from accidental edits.
Family Collaboration
The one exception. Inside the Family Collaboration screen, both Owners and Viewers share full read AND write access. Anyone in the family can pitch menus, suggest ideas, or drop shared notes.
Direct & Secure
We don't route your details through unnecessary third-party services. Data is written directly to the database and is fully secured and encrypted in transit. Your privacy remains our highest priority.

On App Launch
Every time you open Flow, the app immediately communicates with the server to fetch any updates made while you were away.
15-Minute Auto-Sync
Viewer devices automatically run a silent background check every 15 minutes to guarantee data remains up to date during extended use.
Pull-to-Refresh
On screens where data changes regularly, simply swipe down. The intuitive pull-to-refresh mechanic instantly pulls the absolute latest data on command.
